Appointments Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy

OK. LET’S TALK, LLC is a private practice counseling firm, established in 2014.

Missed Appointments (No Shows), Cancellations, and Rescheduling 

We understand situations may occur in which you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you need to do so, we require at least 2 business days’ notice prior to your appointment date. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 2 business days’ prior notice that are not rescheduled, are subject to a cancellation fee of $70.00.  

For appointments booked with a prepaid gift card, no-shows and cancellations with less than 2 business days’ prior notice are subject to a $70 fee. Prepaid gift cards are non-refundable. 

 

Refund Policy 

If an appointment is cancelled by OK Let’s Talk, clients will be notified and fees, if the appointment is not rescheduled, will be refunded. Appointments booked with a prepaid gift card are the exception to this policy as they are nonrefundable.
